Elevation Marketing Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates PushToFull.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit our Site or join our waitlist.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:

- First name and email address (when you join the waitlist)
- VA disability rating (optional, when provided in the waitlist form)
Information collected automatically:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type and user agent string
- Referring URLs and UTM campaign parameters
- Pages visited, time on site, and click behavior
- Device type and operating system
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Send you updates about PushToFull and notify you when the platform launches
- Honor your founding member waitlist position and pricing
- Understand which marketing channels are driving interest in the platform
- Improve the Site and user experience
- Comply with legal obligations
- Communicate with you about the product development process
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. VA Disability Rating — Sensitive Information
If you choose to share your VA disability rating with us, we treat this as sensitive personal information. It is used solely to understand our audience and improve the product. It is never sold, shared with third parties for marketing purposes, or used to make decisions about your eligibility for any service.
Note: At this stage, PushToFull.com is a waitlist and informational site only. We do not collect, process, or store medical records, service treatment records, DD-214s, or any other sensitive veteran records. When we do, our HIPAA compliance framework will be disclosed in an updated Privacy Policy.
5. Third-Party Analytics and Tracking
We use the following third-party services that may collect information about your use of the Site:

6. Email Communications
When you join our waitlist, you consent to receive email communications from us about PushToFull, including product updates, launch announcements, and founding member information.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Transactional emails related to your account cannot be unsubscribed from while your account is active.
7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Service providers who assist us in operating the Site and communicating with you (including Nutshell CRM, Google, and Cloudflare), under confidentiality agreements
- Law enforcement or government agencies if required by law or to protect our legal rights
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets — you will be notified before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy
We do not share your VA disability rating or any health-related information with any third party under any circumstances.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Waitlist data will be retained until the platform launches and you either become a subscriber or request deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
9. Your Rights — California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- Right to Know: Request disclosure of the personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell about you
- Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
- Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide an opt-out mechanism
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You may limit our use of sensitive personal information (including your VA disability rating) to what is necessary to provide the service
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights

Shine the Light: California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
10. Your Rights — Virginia Residents (VCDPA)
If you are a Virginia resident, you have the following rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA):
- Right to Access: Confirm whether we process your personal data and access that data
- Right to Correct: Correct inaccuracies in your personal data
- Right to Delete: Delete personal data you have provided or that we have collected about you
- Right to Data Portability: Obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable format
- Right to Opt-Out: Opt out of the processing of personal data for targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or profiling. We do not currently engage in these activities

11. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will delete it.
12. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
At this stage, the Site collects only waitlist information. When we begin collecting sensitive veteran data (medical records, service records, disability documentation), we will implement HIPAA-eligible infrastructure including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and audit logging.
13. International Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and stored on servers in the United States. If you are accessing the Site from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the Effective Date. If you are on our waitlist, we will also notify you by email of material changes. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
